Pikcha Pro is ₹6.5 Lakhs + GST (₹7,67,000 incl. GST final, fully customised software). All three tiers include 200+ AI effects, a 21.5-inch touchscreen, UPI payments, and lifetime software updates.

All three Pikcha tiers ship with a 1-year warranty. Until 31 July 2026, Pikcha Chrome and Pikcha Pro get 2 years warranty for the price of 1. Pikcha Matte is the commercial entry — black powder coat finish, standard camera, standard 21.5" touchscreen. Pikcha Chrome is the cutting-edge middle tier — silver chrome finish, industrial-grade touchscreen, 4K camera, dynamic reactive ambient lighting, and a co-branded photo frame (80% your brand / 20% Pikcha.ai). Pikcha Pro is the full white-label top tier — custom cabinet wrap, custom luxurious paint job, full external branding, fully customised software, unlimited frame changes, dedicated account manager, downtime loaner.

Pikcha is plug-and-play — self-setup typically takes just 2 hours. If you prefer a Bamigos engineer to handle setup on-site, we send one from Delhi: flights ex-Delhi (actual fare) plus ₹2,500 per day of engineer time. Logistics from our Delhi factory is chargeable as per actuals. Wooden crate packaging for safe transport is an extra charge. This ex-Delhi pricing model is standard Indian B2B practice for commercial equipment.

Yes. After the warranty period ends, a mandatory AMC of 9.5% of the base price per year keeps your Pikcha operational. All tiers ship with a 1-year warranty, so AMC starts in Year 2 by default. If you book Chrome or Pro before 31 July 2026, AMC starts in Year 3 instead (2 years warranty for the price of 1). AMC fees: Pikcha Matte ~₹33,250/year, Pikcha Chrome ~₹42,750/year, Pikcha Pro ~₹61,750/year. AMC covers technical support at your tier SLA, spare parts dispatch, and software updates. Pikcha Chrome AMC also includes 3 free frame changes/year. Pikcha Pro AMC includes unlimited frame changes.

Post-warranty operation requires an active AMC. If the AMC lapses, the booth enters software lockout after a 30-day grace period. You will receive advance notifications at 60, 30, and 7 days before AMC expiry via email, WhatsApp, and the operator dashboard. This policy is clearly disclosed in the purchase contract at time of sale.
